While the Performance SUP board offers high rigidity and performance, it still maintains the portability of an inflatable board. Plates can fit into standard shipping boxes or storage bags and take up less space than hard plates. However, due to the material density and the reinforcement layer being somewhat thicker than the normal recreational SUP, the volume and weight are slightly higher than those of a normal inflatable board.
