The large-sized family SUP produced by SPORIT has a load capacity of 180kg–350kg, and the specific size and structural design are determined.
Home use is usually adults plus children, we will reserve an additional 10%–20% load-bearing allowance when designing to cover actual use scenarios.
During the mass production phase, we will conduct airtightness and pressure tests to ensure that each plate has a consistent load-bearing capacity. Load-bearing stability can reduce usage risks and after-sales problems, while being applicable to more users.
The production cycle for regular orders is 30–45 days, depending on the order quantity, customization complexity and current production schedule.
For standard size and mature structure, we have fixed production process, which can guarantee stability when batch delivery. If more customization is involved, the cycle will be extended accordingly.
