Commercial Use Stability
SPORIT manufactures the Inflatable Spa Pool using multi-layer PVC or TPU composites and incorporates a brushed support structure in the main stressed areas. After filling with water, the air chamber and the wire drawing structure jointly carry the water pressure and maintain the shape of the pool.
The seams are hot-bonded, the contact surfaces are continuously fused. Before leaving the factory, we conduct airtightness testing and pressure retention testing on each product to confirm the stability of the joint under continuous pressure.
Customizable Structure
SPORIT supports order-based adjustment of Inflatable Spa Pool dimensions, including length, width, depth, and wall height. Different specifications correspond to different water capacities and load capacities.
In terms of appearance, the colors can be selected or sprayed through PVC fabric, and the brand logo supports screen printing or UV printing, fixed in the designated area. In terms of functional interfaces, the connection points of the heating, filtration and drainage systems can be reserved according to actual installation scenarios, and the interface positions can be adjusted along with the structure.

PVC is a more conventional option with a stable structure and controlled cost. We use multi-layer composite PVC with a heat-bonding process, which is suitable for standard commercial projects such as hotels, camps and bulk sales.
TPU is more flexible and performs better in repeated folding, frequent transportation or low temperature environments, but it is expensive and processing-demanding, making it suitable for high-end projects.
SPORIT’s Inflatable spa pool is designed for outdoor scenes, and both PVC and TPU materials are treated with UV resistance, which can be used for a long time in regular outdoor environments.
Long-term exposure to high-temperature environments with strong sunlight makes surface aging of materials inevitable. We slow this process by thickening critical stress areas and optimizing the thermal structure, with commercial use cycles generally designed for stable operation over 1 to 3 years.
Accompanying water pumps and filtration systems are needed to maintain water circulation and water quality, heating equipment for temperature control, and basic tools such as air pumps and drainage systems.
If the hotel or camp already has a water treatment system, we will reserve a standard interface for direct connection, which does not require re-laying of pipelines and provides more flexible overall access.
Clean the filtration system every one to two weeks, and drain clean after use. Keep the air pressure stable, avoid long-term low-pressure use and sharp objects rubbing against the surface, and ensure it is completely dry before storing before folding.
