Fast Deployment Inflatable Recovery Tub
The inflatable recovery bath adopts an integrated airtight structure and does not require fixed installation or preset water channels. It can be used by directly inflating and filling water after being deployed on flat ground. It takes about 10–15 minutes from deployment to commissioning.
Suitable for activity venues, training grounds or temporary recovery areas, it can be deflated and stored after use, making it easy to carry and transfer, and can be quickly and repeatably built.

The main body of SPORIT Inflatable Recovery Tub is made of high-strength PVC or composite airtight material. Each structural component is integrally formed through a thermal bonding process. The pressurized area is additionally reinforced to cope with the water pressure changes caused by long-term water injection.
The structural design is oriented towards high-frequency use scenarios and supports repeated filling and deflation and injection and drainage. In team training and commercial operating environments, reinforcement treatment reduces the risk of deformation or air leakage during long-term use and maintains structural stability.

Structural stability is mainly based on three links: hot-bonding process, cutting accuracy and inspection.
The most critical step is hot bonding. SPORIT will choose high-frequency hot bonding or hot air welding according to different stress positions, and control the temperature, pressure and time within a stable range to avoid local false welding or overheating.
In mass production, if the cutting size is deviated, the rear hot-bonding position will be offset, which will also affect the overall stress and sealing effect. Finally, a pressure-keeping test will be carried out before leaving the factory to screen out products with unstable structures or substandard airtightness.
PVC is more suitable for regular commercial and standard recovery use scenarios, low cost, suitable for making large-volume, fixed-demand orders. TPU’s advantages are mainly low-temperature toughness, wear resistance, and stability, and it is more suitable for high-frequency use or scenarios with large environmental changes.
If it is a fixed site and is mainly used for daily use, PVC is the choice; if it is frequently transported, used outdoors or used with higher intensity, TPU is more recommended.
There is no natural air leak under normal circumstances. The stability of the joint mainly depends on the thermal strength and the way of use. We will strengthen the key stress areas and then pass the pressure preservation test. If problems arise later, it is more because of long-term folding, frequent squeezing or improper storage, which leads to local stress concentration and affects the joint condition.
There will be some changes, but they will not affect structural safety. In high temperature environments, the material will soften a little, while in low temperature environments, on the contrary, this is a physical property of the material itself.
SPORIT will adjust its material selection according to different export regions. For example, in low-temperature environments, it will give priority to TPU or modified PVC with more stable toughness to reduce the risk of low-temperature embrittlement. Used within the regular outdoor temperature range, it does not require additional maintenance.
