Our conventional products are based on high-density wire drawing structure, and the load-bearing capacity is generally 150 –300 kg/m– at 10²15 PSI operating air pressure. If there is equipment or concentrated stress scenario, SPORIT will reserve safety margin when selecting the model to avoid local collapse or long-term deformation.
For large-area structures, we will give priority to hot welding, which has more stable airtightness and consistency and is suitable for mass production; but at the edges, corners or areas with concentrated forces, gluing is easier to strengthen the structure.
In actual production, it is used in combination, the main structure ensures sealing, and key parts are strengthened, so it is more stable in long-term use.
In seawater environment, normal commercial service life is generally 2–5 years. The effects are mainly due to UV rays, salt and frequency of use. SPORIT will recommend the configuration of materials according to the use environment of the terminal. Regular flushing of salt and proper decompression or covering when not in use are also good maintenance methods.
The stability after splicing depends mainly on the connection method and anchoring. We adopt a multi-point connection structure to allow adjacent modules to form an overall force. With proper anchoring, the overall feel of use approaches a complete platform.
There is no fixed limit on size itself, but from the perspective of use and transportation, we recommend controlling the size of individual pieces and then expanding them through modular splicing.
When the single piece is too large, the middle part is prone to slight deformation under high load, which is also not conducive to transportation and maintenance. Modular solutions can ensure overall hardness while facilitating replacement and expansion, making them more suitable for engineering or long-term operational projects.
Price differences are mainly concentrated in materials, structure and process control. PVC thickness, wire drawing density, and whether edge reinforcement is done will directly affect product life and consistency.
Low-priced products are usually made by subtracting materials or processes, which has low short-term costs but is more likely to deform or leak air during high-frequency use.
The product itself is a closed structure, and under normal circumstances it will not leak air due to immersion in water for a long time. The actual leakage is mostly caused by joint process, valve sealing or external wear. SPORIT will do airtight test before leaving the factory to ensure that there is no problem with the structure. Avoid hard objects scratching during use and check valve position regularly. If local damage occurs, it can be repaired directly without affecting the overall use.
