The stability of Ice Pod in mass production mainly depends on the consistency of the thermal structure and the accuracy of the dimensional control. Ice bath tubs have a wider range, including styles with different capacities and product types with different structures and configurations. They generally have larger capacities and are more inclined towards scenarios that require higher frequency of use or more professional use.
The PVC version has lower cost and is suitable for e-commerce channels or bulk distribution, mainly meeting the needs of basic cold therapy use.
The TPU version has better material strength, wear resistance and long-term stability, and is more suitable for high-frequency use scenarios such as gyms because high frequency of use requires higher durability.

Under normal high-frequency use conditions, such as more than 10 users per day, it is recommended to conduct a basic check every 1–2 weeks.
The inspection focuses on whether the airtightness is normal, whether there is any loosening in the joint position, and whether there is local wear or abnormality on the surface.
If the intensity of use is higher, such as frequent use in group classes, the frequency of examinations can be increased to once a week. This allows for earlier detection of minor issues and avoids affecting normal use.
Under normal storage conditions, such as dry, room temperature, and light-proof environment, PVC and TPU materials themselves will not experience performance degradation due to long-term storage. The product is in folded packaging state when it leaves the factory, and short-term or medium-term storage will not affect subsequent normal use.
It should be noted that if the environment is exposed to high temperatures for a long time, or if it is pressed by heavy objects for a long time, the risk of creases or accelerated local aging may be increased.
Generally, warehousing within 1–2 years will not affect the performance. Just do a simple expansion and appearance inspection before use.
