Generally, a 300–500L commercial ice bath system will use 1.5–2HP for cooling, and 500–1000L is usually used at 2–3HP. If it is a high-frequency continuous use scenario such as a gym, it will directly reach more than 3HP, and a cooling allowance of 20–30% will be reserved to avoid the water temperature rising too quickly when multiple people use it continuously during peak periods.

When we send projects to Southeast Asia and the Middle East, we will increase the cooling capacity by about 20–40%, and at the same time strengthen the design of the heat dissipation structure, such as optimizing the air duct or strengthening the heat dissipation components, and then combine it with a higher-level insulation structure to reduce external heat return. In environments above 35°C, as long as this configuration is followed, the system can still be stably maintained in the operating range of 1–5°C.

SPORIT uses an industrial-grade compressor configuration. Under normal heat dissipation conditions, it is generally no problem for the gym to run for 10–16 hours a day. Some projects can even achieve 24-hour cycle operation.
The factory will do continuous operation test before shipment, generally 6–12 hours full load operation to ensure that the temperature control and system will not fluctuate.
In a normal gym environment, we generally recommend checking the filter element every 7 to 14 days. Places with high-frequency use may need to check it every 5 to 7 days. The replacement cycle of the filter element itself is about 3 to 6 weeks.

We generally recommend to outdoor projects to increase the cooling redundancy by about 20%, or add heat preservation and sunshade structures, which can ensure that the equipment will not be under high load for a long time, thereby extending its service life.
Our factory export project is relatively standardized, generally divided into three voltage configurations according to the market.
The 220–240V is used in Europe, the Middle East and most of Asia, and the 110–120V is used in the United States and some American markets. It can also be used as a dual-voltage version for project customers.
