High-Duty Structure Design
SPORIT’s Commercial Cold Plunge uses thickened PVC material combined with a brushed composite structure process. The design focuses on scenarios with high frequency use, so structural supports are added to the main stress areas of the pool body to reduce deformation caused by long-term water injection or multi-person use.
The seam portion is treated using a high-frequency hot-bonding process, which can make the connection stronger and less prone to air leakage problems after long-term use.

Compatible with External Cooling and Filtration Systems
Commercial Cold Plunge reserves standardized interfaces that allow direct connection to external chillers and water circulation filtration systems for temperature control and water quality management.
The long-term cycle operation is also considered in the structural design, and the overall sealing performance will not be affected even in the continuous water flow cycle state.
In practical commercial applications, this compatibility allows operators to choose corresponding refrigeration and filtration solutions based on different site conditions without having to replace the entire equipment body.
Applications of Commercial Cold Plunge
Commercial Cold Plunge has a wide range of applications, mainly used for exercise recovery, cold therapy and daily health management.

In gyms and training centers, users need to recover quickly after high-intensity training. Commercial Cold Plunge is used as a cold recovery device after training to help relieve muscle fatigue and shorten recovery time.

In sports teams and professional training scenarios, cold water recovery is often part of the training process to help manage fatigue and speed up the recovery pace.
Commercial Cold Plunge can be used directly as a fixed recovery device and supports connection to external cooling systems to ensure stable temperatures. This allows for a consistent recovery process across different training cycles.

In spas and health management centers, cold hydrotherapy is often used as part of an overall service, in conjunction with heat therapy or massage.
Commercial Cold Plunge can be incorporated into the service process as a standalone cold therapy device. The advantage is stable operation and simple maintenance, avoiding affecting business due to equipment problems.

In hotels and resorts, cold showers are primarily used to enhance the experience in fitness or spa areas.
Commercial Cold Plunge can be deployed and used quickly without the need for complex construction. For hotels, the important points of Commercial Cold Plunge are stable equipment, low maintenance costs and guaranteed long-term availability.

In home use scenarios, users are primarily used for daily recovery and health management.
Commercial Cold Plunge is more suitable for use as a fixed cold therapy device. It is simple to operate and can be connected to an external refrigeration system, lowering the threshold for use and making cold water recovery a long-term habit.

Generally, it can be used for 3–5 years without significant deformation. The overall structure can be kept stable as long as the water level and load-bearing capacity are within the design range while avoiding dragging, violent moving or long-term overload use.
Maintenance is not complicated. If the filtration system is operating normally, the water quality can be continuously maintained in a usable state. Daily water changes and basic cleaning only need to be carried out on a periodic basis, and no disassembly, assembly or complex operations are involved. When used frequently, it is just that the cleaning and water change frequency is increased accordingly.
Common risk points are in areas of long-term friction at joints, valves and bottoms, as these locations are either subject to structural stresses or are in long-term contact with the ground. These sites are air-tight for a long time under normal commercial conditions. The actual leakage is mostly caused by rough ground, dragging or local long-term wear.
In the gym scenario, 50–120 people per day is generally the normal range. Because the single use time is short, the device itself does not carry much pressure. If the chiller and filtration system are configured adequately, the overall usage can be maintained stably in this interval.
The difference is mainly in the design objectives. Commercial systems are designed for high-frequency, continuous use and require long-term water injection operation. They are also connected to chillers and filtration systems to ensure stable water temperature and quality. Domestic products are used less frequently and are mostly used intermittently, so the structure and system configuration are simpler and continuous operation capabilities are not emphasized.
An external filtration system can be connected, as commercial scenarios often require continuous water circulation to control water quality. We can reserve the interface and match the appropriate accessories before leaving the factory, and only need to connect the filter equipment on site to use it.
The cooling capacity is mainly determined by the chiller power. But the higher the ambient temperature, the more heat the device needs to remove, so the cooling rate will be slower. This is a normal thermal load variation. As long as the chiller power matches during the early selection, the equipment can still stably reach the set temperature and continue to operate.
