High Rigidity Double Layer SUP
The double-layer structure design makes the SUP’s plate body harder and can remain flat and stable even under high air pressure.
We use double-layer PVC superposition on the board and optimize the fitting process, so that the bending amplitude of the board is reduced by about 30–40% compared with single-layer board. At an air pressure of 15–20 PSI, the board surface remains flat and the gliding efficiency is almost comparable to that of a hard board.


Longer Service Life
Double-layer SUP uses reinforced double-layer PVC structure, which is wear-resistant and impact-resistant, and can withstand high strength and frequent use. For commercial rental operations, boards may be rented hundreds of times per month. If the board becomes soft or damaged, it will need to be frequently repaired or replaced, which will increase operating costs.

Our double-layer SUP supports 15–20 PSI high-pressure inflation and can carry approximately 150–200 kg. The double-layer reinforcement structure effectively reduces the bending of the plate body, and the lower plate body remains flat after long-term and frequent use.
Daily maintenance is very easy: rinse after use, dry, check that the air valve and glued seams are intact. For commercial rentals or high-frequency use, we recommend checking air pressure and surface wear weekly.
The double-layer structure increases thickness, and the plate weight and volume are slightly higher than those of single-layer plates, but the foldable and inflatable properties still maintain transportation convenience. Taking a 10’6’’ foot board as an example, the board weight increases by about 2–3 kg and the volume increases by about 10%.
The slightly higher shipping costs of a Double Layer SUP compared to a single-layer board are offset by significantly lower rework rates and longer life.
